Notifications

I'm having a problem getting some of my notifications to vibrate when my phone is in silent mode. My phone will vibrate when someone is calling me, or when I get a text, but doesn't vibrate when I have a calendar event going off. I've tried fiddling with the sound settings, but can't seem to get anything to work. Does anyone have any suggestions on what the problem could be?

Are you fiddling with the system sound or the notiication settings in the calendar? The notification settings in the calendar is where you would find this. Most apps that have notiications, have their own options for those notiications.

That was the problem. That makes me feel pretty stupid for not thinking to check there! Thanks for the help.

Certainly no reason to feel stupid. We all have to learn this stuff from somewhere.
