notification light help

Is there any way to set which color you want for each notification or is it automatic?

I use a 3rd party app Light Flow from the market...you can set it in some apps but others are system set...Light Flow allows customization of the LED notification as well as ringtones and vibration...you can also set specifics to your contacts as well..
