Notification 'green' light problems?

I noticed the other day that if I've missed a call the green light doesn't come on or blink warning me of this. If I have a new email/test/sms/google voice message I the light works.

Is this an issue? I thought before the last update that it would blink for missed calls too? Can anyone verify this please....
