Notes?

So how do y'all make notes in your X? I had a notepad on my Curve that I kept data in... Do I have to download an app for that?

I second "evernote". The great thing about it is that it automatically syncs to the evernote website so you have all your notes in 2 places. And it's free.

2.1 has a built-in sticky note widget....

or you can download one from the market; some even offer cloud storage/syncing.

Google Notebook

I just did this:

  • Downloaded Google Dolphin Browser
  • Searched Google Notebook on my PC
  • Found Google Notes and added my notes on my PC to Google Notebook via cut and paste from my Outlook
  • It automatically sync with Google.
  • Got on my X , the phone, and through Google Dolphin notes they were all present.
  • The benefits are they are password protected through my Google account and constantly sync.
Works great.

Google stopped development of Notebook

Bummer. Just when ti though I found the solution to my Outlook to Droid2 notes issue, I went to sign up for Google Notebook and it's not available any longer.

Notebook

They still have Google note book. Do a search an go from there. They have said they are presently not doing anymore work on the project. It still works. On your phone access Google Notebook from the Dolphin Browser which is better than stock anyway.
