I normally don't use cases but I think because of the price and all the glass, I will be getting one this time. I currently have the following in my amazon shopping cart . still looking for a good screen protector that works with cases before placing my order.

never heard of the company either but when I check their other products on amazon, they seemed to have good reviews.

I bought this Ringke slim case for my S8+ very minimal barely lip for the phone.. But if you don't want to scratch phone it helps...

Here's the one for the Note 8.. They added a card slot..

I will be getting my case and my screen protector today via ups. Now all I need is that phone

just got home from work a little while ago and found the ups package from amazon. kinda surprised it was still there since it was there in the open for 8 hours.

took a quick look at the new case and compared it to the note 5 phone. It's not scientifically or technically accurate, but eyeballing the size difference, the case on the inside is about the same width and thickness of the note 5 phone but is about three quarters of an inch longer. Now I really cannot wait for the note 8

My note 7 was the first phone I ever put a screen protector on. I only had it on for a few days before I pulled it off. I hate the feel of the rubberized materials. Is there a good protector that doesn't feel weird?
For now, I have the Ringke [WAVE] [Coastal Blue], But when I travel, I want the glass protected more so I was thinking of either
Galaxy Note8 LED Wallet Cover, Galaxy Note8 S-View Flip Cover, or Wallet Case from Amazon...

Any thoughts you can share with me for the case and the glass protectors??

My note 7 was the first phone I ever put a screen protector on. I only had it on for a few days before I pulled it off. I hate the feel of the rubberized materials. Is there a good protector that doesn't feel weird?

That Ringke case looks nice.. I've always liked their products..

I've used S-view cases before but I don't like unfolding to take picks.. This was on earlier models not sure if now they are different.. Hopefully someone here has more experience on the Samsung cases

I have a Spigen Tough Armor case for my s8+ that has a kickstand. Works fine with wireless charging, volume buttons are on top. Works fine with the edge.

Just received the same case, in blue for the Note 8, 28 bucks from Amazon. That link above to their web site says 39 bucks. Pretty much the same as my Seidio case for my note 5

Though the hard cases look better I tend to go TPU because it protects better, imo, and much easier to swap out, or take off to clean or go naked (as far as phone) when I'm around the house with carpet.

I don't care for cases with covers either because it makes it difficult to hold when trying to use samsung or walmart pay.
