If you had to return your Note 7 due to the cancellation of the device you may find yourself moving over to the Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge which would be my personal recommendation. Samsung is doing their best to try to make these two devices enough to hold you over until the next Note device is released. They have decided to bring some of the Note 7 features over to these two handsets.
You will now be able to use the more in depth Always-On-Display from the Note 7, two new calendar options, a setting that shows music info on the always on display, and new digital clock that gives you the ability to change your text signature fonts and colors. The update has caused a few issues including notification bugs and a bug in Samsung's email app. High battery drain has also been an issue. Hopefully Samsung will get this straightened out quickly.
