Note 3: Adding Words to Keyboard

How do I add words to my keyboard on the Note 3? I can't find a place to add words I typically use that aren't in the predefined list of words. Also, any good websites or videos on how to utilize it?

Are you using the Samsung keyboard?

It will auto add your words as you type them (if you have predictive text enabled and within this setting live word update checked)....I have not found a place to add them outside of just typing them while in an SMS msg, note or email...

I should also add - there is "personal dictionary" under language and input (system settings) - but I have not added anything there.

I am.

OK. I see Swype and Samsung keyboards are enabled both and cannot be disabled? Are the two being used in conjunction? I love Swype! I'm just curious.

So if I'm understanding correctly, I type a word once it adds it to the dictionary? Is that correct?

Yeah, I have the Swype keyboard too. I used it on m Galaxy Nexus. Downloading/installing it now.

I prefer the standard keyboard more, honestly. It's not all cramped.
