Not playing youtube videos,not as fast.

About 3 months ago i dropped my droid in a bucket of oil,it was fubar,got a replacement from asurion. Its always seemed a half second slower than last one...but recently this week,i go to click on a youtube video,and it says i need to update adobe....but then i click on that...it says i need flash 10,which isnt supported...
And the same videos my brothers droid plays fine...and even using his phone and mine his is faster and smoother...i restart mine every day and it says its updated fully. Its getting quite annoying...
