Not loud enough

Is there an app that can make the audio louder on my droid? Audio books and some music just aren't loud enough, especially audio books. If not is there a program that can raise audio levels like audacity but in batch so you don't have to edit them all separately?

What rom are u running? Had the same problem til I moved to bbvo.o4

I'm running Sense-Able 3.1 on Eris, when I ran stock 1.5 the sound was crap too but maybe its just my bad hearing. The problem is mainly trying to listen in loud environment like the gym. In a quiet room its fine but I don't have noise canceling headphones so I have to turn up the volume up at the gym but I can still barley hear audio books over other noise.

No nothing abot eris, however when I hadd 2.1 oon my moto droid I could not hear it. If you can put bb on the eris I think it would take care of the sound. It works great for my deaf ears
