Not able to user Android device profiles

On my Moto turbo one, two and z2 force I have not found a place to add additional user profiles. Does this work on google branded phones ie pixel phones etc or is there a way to use it on Moto's, samsangs,LG,HTC?

What is the way to enable this option

If I remember correctly, Verizon blocks that Android feature on Verizon phones.

Or maybe it was Moto that decided not to include it? It was one of those two, either Moto or Verizon. Dig around the Inter-web-of-things enough and there are articles about why we don't have it.
