Not able to read .wav files in "good" e-mail

My corporate e-mail requires the use of "good" e-mail messaging. My work b-mails get automatically sent to my.work e-mail in a .wav format. I tried to listen to them, but it just says my phone is unable to read the files.

Anyone know how to listen to my v-mails?
