None of my apps will update

for the past 2 months i cant not update any apps on my phone or download new ones. everytime i try i get a a trangle and the app never downloads or updates. my phone isn't root any ideas on what i should do.

There is the classic factory reset, but before you go and do that, try clearing the data from the market app.

Settings --> Applications --> Manage Applications --> ALL (Tab)

Find the Market application and click Clear Data

i tryed what you said it still isn't working. how do i reset my phone. thank you for the help

If you go back to your settings, scroll down to the bottom you will see the Privacy option about 7th from the bottom. In there is the Factory Data Reset. This will erase everything on your phone, so make sure your backed up.
