noise at start up

I have some odd ring tone that happens at start up...I "think" its the SD card tone...anyway to shut that off? Its terribly annoying to me.

On my D2 to stop that sound I had to go into setting, then sound, then uncheck SD card notification. No more funky sound.
I know you said you have the notification turned off but double check.

Because my phone has never made that sound, ever.


Edit: I'm an idiot, your sig says sent from your Droid2.. I have a D2G... So what my phone does is irrelevant.

On the droid 2 you should be able to turn off the sound by deselecting SD card notifications. However iirc it is hard coded to the boot up on the global and pro and you would have to find an remove a particular file.
