No voicemail notification?

I bought the DNA for my wife a few months ago and she loves everything about it except for voicemail notifications, there is none! Anyone else experience this? When someone leaves her a voice message there is no notification in the status bar and the voicemail icon does not show a message. The only way to know if she has a message is dialing into it but there is no indication otherwise. Help!

Verify that your Voicemail has the notification is set to on within your Voicemail Setting on Verizon. Dial into your Voicemail, instead on just listening, press option 4 for your Settings, and make sure your Message indicator is set to on. Hope that is it!
