No virtual keyboard

My Note 10 recently started to not launch the virtual keyboard when I open the text messenging app or email apps (outlook and GMAIL).

The only new/recent app is "Pronto" which is used to purchase local transit tickets (bus and trolley)

I verified the settings are correct in General Management - Launguage and keyboard.

Rebooting my phone fixes the issue, but a few hours later the issue returns.

Any ideas?

The only time that happened to me was when I accidentally turned on voice typing but I would suggest you clear the cache and data for the Gboard app and see if that fixes it or uninstall "Pronto" and see if that might fix it.
