I ordered over the phone on the 11th of August, and I have never received a confirmations E-Mail from Verizon about it. However, I did add it to our bill, so they didnt charge a card or anything, could that be why? I have called them numerous times to check the status of the phone, and they have never mentioned anything about needing more information from me, so am I ok then? Im getting kinda worried because I haven't received any information from them about the shipping of the phone, and its been 11 days since I ordered...
