No typing sound?

My typing sound has vanished. It is all quiet now like it was before that update ..please don't tell me I have to do a factory data reset. This is my fourth thunderbolt. All of the others leaked light at the bottom and or rattled. Or got busted during shipping

Audible touch tones and audible touch selections just check those things and u'll here a typing sound ur able to turn it off and on cause it really pisses some people off like me while others like it ha but just go into settings the sound and check audible touch tones and audible sounds

Thanks but I should have been more specific..that was the first thing I did. Restarted it. Didn't work. Battery pull. Didn't work.

They are really quiet I can just BARELY hear the sounds.

Okay so the sounds play? they're just quiet? just turn up your media volume or notification volume or whatever not sure which one turns it up but i use this app to control my volumes one of your volumes is just low is all

Ok so the problem was that the system volume was turned down real low. This problem started after I had restarted my phone. I had already checked every volume level and did the easy stuff first. This was weird because you can't turn up the typing noise without this app

Well glad you got it fixed, yea it's a little crazy how many different volumes there are it can get a little confusing but glad your problem was resolved
