No service with CM rom

I have had this issue before, i had to upgrade my radio inside the phone, it was like a .zip file i had to install to my droid, i cant find or remember how i found how to update it but this may be your issue

You cannot update the baseband firmware on D2G. It's signed, and there are no separate “radio only” ZIPs available for installation.

CM7 for D2G uses stock baseband.

I'm guessing you flashed the build in Rom Manager...Yeah, that's the D2(Non-global) version. You'll want to go to here to find CM4D2G nightlies.
