No Service Bars

My phone out of nowhere is showing no service, no 4g nothing i have rebooted several times, restarted, took my SIM & SD card out is there anything that can help??? i can't use my phone at all right now.

Try making a test call.... See if it is truly without signal or just something went crazy in the System and isn't displaying it....
