No Screen

Can't anyone tell me how export or transfer my contacts with a blank screen. Touch screen works, just can't see anything.

If you synced with your gmail account, all your contacts are backed up to that. When you sign in on another phone during the first time you start up the phone, the contacts are immediately synced back. In short, if you used your google account to set up the phone, you are in the clear
