No more Multi Window

I recently flashed the "all apps in multi window" mod from legendk95 on my rooted, unlocked, stock 4.1.1 Verizon Note 2. Now I have NO MULTI WINDOW AT ALL. Although the option is checked in settings/display, I now get NOTHING when holding down the back button. Any ideas on how to get it back (with all the apps preferably)? Thanks.

Restore a nandroid from before flashing the mod.
You did do a backup, correct?

I have flashed that mod on beans, eclipse, and stock, and I have never had an issue with it.

You can also flash the ROM again without data wipe...
