Flash Player 11.1 for Android 4.0 (11.1.115.54) (for ICS and JB)

Flash Player 11.1 for Android 2.x and 3.x (11.1.111.50) (for Froyo and GB)

It's not supported by Adobe anymore and was removed from the Play Store. Chrome browser does not support Flash on Android as well.

Several browsers don't support Flash, Chrome being one of the major ones. Dolphin was a good suggestion. Flash is supported by several other browsers as well, Firefox and Next Browser are 2 other good ones.

The stock Android browser (not Chrome but Android) still works. Last I checked it was still available on the Play Store also. It's all I use on my Notes now.
