No data overnight

recently, my Nexus has been dropping- and not regaining- data through the night. the phone is left bedside, on a charger and when i wake up, i have no data. this is independent of me CONSTANTLY losing LTE connectivity.

i thought that the backup assistant may have caused it, so i deleted that due to the backup happening around 2am nightly. nothing changed.

i tried turning on airplane mode.. and then turning it off to jumpstart the data with no luck.

the only fix is rebooting the device... every morning.

any ideas?

That is indeed a weird problem. I would bring the device to verizon to see if I can get a replacement

Agreed. Take it back for a replacement. Make sure you are persistent if they give you bullcrap answers about it being caused by ICS. I never drop data now, my first nexus did, and had this same issue as well. Dropped over night and while I was in work.
