No Caller Id photos

I have photos set to my contacts but they do not show up when that person calls. i only get the little robot guy. I have tried reentering a few contacts with no success. I have double checked the option that says 'use this photo' and it is checked. Tonight I tested it again and got a photo to show up but it was the wrong person - it was someone close in the alphabet but not the actual contact. I tried again and now it is back to just the robot. I have searched the forums and have not found a post about this. Can someone help please? Thanks very much.

I've noticed this too. Pictures show when I make an outgoing call but never on incoming calls. Would love to know why.

Never heard of this. Have you tried rebooting?
