no boot sources problem..please help

I ran into a problem when flashing a rom using AMAGLDR V1.13 ,rom manager 4.7.0.5 and cloclworkmod 3.1.00.. I use option 8(AD recovery) in amagldr, it says in red No Boot Sources..please help me. I've flashed at least 15 times with no problems and now I get that prob.
