No apps?

Alright well since I left the store with my phone it won't download any apps, or anything for that matter. I have no clue what to do? I need help!

um... well... what's going on with it? is it giving an error? or is does it say it will, but does not download?
have you tried rebooting?

Maybe you have the Data Saver function turned on.
If it is, nothing will download unless you are connected to WI-FI.
Go to Settings>Battery & data manager>Data Saver...and make sure the box doesn't have a check mark.
If it does, just click on it to turn off that function.

also go into battery manager and mode and change to performance.
