Maybe it's my eyes, but I see curve on the front as well. I wouldn't call my hands big, but I can easily reach across my GNex. But that just looks and sounds uncomfortable..
put a straight edge up against it. it doesn't. Only a concept anyways, we'll see what it actually is

Yeah we really have an awesome fall-winter selection as far as android is concerned.

If the Sony Nexus device comes to Verizon, I will gladly get my hands on it.

If a variant of the Xperia nexus can be sold through the play store for Verizon at 400, I will definitely consider it.

The convexity is so slight as to be almost flat, but vertical concave is the only non-flat surface that makes sense in a pocket. Maybe intended to clearly differentiate from the IPhone?
If it curves back, then blah, i'd rather have a curve on the front.

Reason being is that I, along with many, don't put the phone in my pocket with the screen facing out. I'd rather have the screen facing my thighs for extra protection. Plus, sicne my face isn't flat, but curved (not TOO curved, mind you), it would fit better.

But overall, it does look nice.

Phones have survived in pocket for years despite not conforming to the curves or your body; I'm sure this one will be no different.
