Nexus 7 Screen Washout and Ghosting a Potential Widespread Issue?

ordered mine on the 13th and it came yesterday at 1:40, less than four days, very happy. I would say if you are not very happy with the N7 then send it back. I watched the free transformer movie and it looked great. Hell i just checked it out again right now to make sure I was not being a fanboy. whites are great very good detail the black levels are fantastic. I have stared till my eyes crossed but I find no ghosting. the only thing I ever notice is the background on the home screen is kind of muted colors and no crispness,but that has nothing to do with the quality of the screen. reading XDA_Developers and droid forums is fantastic on this device. also read the free popular science magazine that comes with it and I was very happy with the experience. no page turning just a continuous page after page reading experience. I think this device is the perfect size and it fits in my man pockets and dress slacks. I do not wear tight jeans.

Day 4 of having my Nexus. Washed out screen issue just started occurring. Ghosting issue was then apparent when I restarted my Nexus 7. Nothing I’ve done so far fixes this issue.

Got my 16gb Friday. No issues at all.

Forgot to mention, my Nexus 7 is also a 16 GB. Issue didnt start happening until day 4. That was Saturday. Called Google, seems like they have a flood of issues since I've been waiting 2 days for a specialist to call me back. i called them back today and apparently they're so backed up they told me to give it another 24 hours
I then got impatient and said i wanted to return it but either way I still have to wait for a specialist to call or email me back to set up a return.
