New Verizon phone question?

Will foxfi work on the new phones at Verizon if your on unlimited and not paying the $30 FOR INTERNET. MY wife needs a new phone and doesn't want to loss her hotspot , is blocked on a new device?. She has a droid maxx on 215 leak.

Well, I am not confirmed about it but I would say yes it should be working over the verizon ! Better to try it out !
