new to site. i need help!

i dropped my bionic in water. put in rice for 24 hours. now it will come on but it says no service. what's the problem?

Did the water damage the LTE chip?
Only thing I can think of other than dropping it in water...

Hmm, hi and welcome to the droid forums. You might go to your local vzw store and ask for a new sim card....

Does the phone work normally?, or as normally as a phone without service works?
