New to rooting need help with two apps

Hey all, I just rooted the phone with smoked Glass v5 last night and now two apps dont work right. First is swipe beta, does this work on rooted phones? Second it launcherpro plus. I have the email and code key but it says they are wrong. I even tried requestiong the code key again and its still doesn't work. Any thoughts?

I just finished rooting mine as well. I have d/led SuperUser, app brain, battery droid, and I used the one click z4 root to root my phone and easy tether for wireless tethering which worked flawlessly. Now im told I think that I need droid x bootloader and titanium backup? But I don't even.know how to flash a rom. After u found a rom and downloaded it, what are the steps for installing it and taking it off?
