I had an original Droid, and I upgraded it to a Droid RAZR. I was looking at the iphone 4S, and the guys at Verizon sold me on the Droid since I believe in Google so much. I'm not sure if I made the right choice, since the battery seems to be sucked dry throughout the day.

Welcome to the board Jim!

The Razr comes with Moto's battery saving software. You should be able to change some settings and getting the most out of your battery.

Hello & welcome! Congrats on the Razr & as dezy mentions, check out the phones smart actions app to see if that'll help conserve or manage your battery...

~it's not just a phone~

Welcome to the forum.
Don't worry, you made the right choice. My wife with her 4S has to charge her phone twice as often as I do (with similar use), thanks to the Razr's smart actions.
She complains about it daily.
