Hey folks, just signed up for the forum, but have been reading topics for a while now. I've got a D1 currently un-rooted (waiting on the official 2.2). I rooted my phone about 2 hours after I got it, but decided that while I learned how it worked, I was better off just sticking with the basics so I didn't destroy it. I'm coming to the Droid from a Moto Q9c, so needless to say I've been pretty happy with what I have now.
