Just joined the forum... hi to all... my question is, is there a way to make a draft for a text message with the regular text. I sometimes like to plan out what I am writing. It seems to just create one message, no options to save as draft

Welcome! Good to have you with us. I use Handcent, free in market, and it keep drafts. I enter text and close the app and it stores as a draft. I'm not sure if the stock app works the same.
