New to Forum but not to Droid

Hi everyone, I'm a big fan. I have the original Droid and loved it until recently. After 2 years (right on target), it now freezes up and has seizures. I had to do a re boot and delete all my apps etc. Apparently the internal memory on the original Droids are lacking or after 2 years Verizon hit the button to freeze up my phone.
Anyway, I'm in the market for a new phone. One that has a bunch of internal memory. Looking at all the everything including 4G and a front camera.

I'm gonna cruise the forums and soak up some information.

Any recommendation would be helpful especially information concerning internal memory.
