This my first android device the motorola xoom
I have few silly Q if u don't mind

1- what's the booting and why should I ?
2- what does the launch pro exactly do? And how can I download it ?

Launcher Pro doesn't work on the Xoom as of yet, and I assume you mean Rooting - it unlocks the true potential power of your device...

Rooting is for those who have the knowledge and experience to build and modify the operating system. Not a project to undertake lightly. My advice? Enjoy your new Xoom!

Booting is turning the device on. You should do it because if you don't, you're left with basically just a really expensive paper weight.
