Hi guys! I'm new at this and can't wait to find out what my DNA can do! So, please forgive is my questions are so retardedly simple for you guys....

Anyway, downloaded the cid apk , which came in a zip file. Now, now sure what to do with it or how to proceed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Anyone else having trouble when running "fastboot oem readcid"?

Computer says my phone is properly installed. I've set it to debugging. Any other settings I should be looking at?
