My company sent me a new RAZR Maxx.
When Verizon attempted to activate it my old Droid2 shut down but the RAZR failed to activate.
The screen message is that a SIM card needs to be installed. The SIM card is there in the slot but it appears that it is not seated or latched.
I can push it in a fraction of an inch but it backs out. Any suggestions?
Btw, to make matters worse when our interprise system pushes my phone and the phone does not respond my email shuts down. Beautiful!
It is somewhat liberating. Being 180 miles from my home office I may get a six day weekend/holiday!!:icon_ banana:
With no way to contact me I am waiting to see how our geeks handle this.:hail:
