If you are trying to install the ROM, you need to be on IMM76Q prior to updating. IMM76K won't update.
If you are having issues with the radios only, I can't think of a valid reason they would error out.
you're right i thought IMM76K was the latest, I didn't see the Q until i reread the thread .... but i can't seem to find Q anywhere. i'm guessing the reason why Q wasn't pushed is because of issues with it ?
nevermind ... it was right in the droid-life article ....
updating to 4.1 right now ..... hopefully it'll be smooth and i can reroot using my backup of su.

I was having lots of trouble with 4g dropping, losing signal constantly, and slow handoff to Wi-Fi and vice versa...i went to Verizon got a new SIM card, flashed the new radios and my signal has not dropped since and the handoff between networks is smooth. It's been two days and everything is running great so far. Not sure if what exactly brought the better performance but I'm happy!
are these new radios a separate flash from the jro build that was posted ?
i thought the build included everything but not sure ....
one thing that i noticed today .... in our area we had a severe weather alert (emergency broadcast) on the tv ... but i didnt get a cell broadcast. is that something verizon has to issue or turn on ? got the relavent options set to broadcast in my settings ....
