New phone issue

Not the best pics but the strip on the top of the phone is raised up on one side and not sitting centered. I have had the phone for 2 days it is not been dropped. Should I be able to exchange it for a new phone that is not defective for free?

yes, take it in for a new one, if they give you any crap, just smile real big and say "i want to return this". after they process the return (with a restocking fee, which can be returned by calling 611 and tell them it was defective and the store wouldn't exchange it), smile real big again and say "i want to buy a droid razr hd please".
it will annoy the heck out of the associate, but there is nothing they can do but sell you another one.
i had to do this with my first bionic, it was really fun for me lol
