New note 10+ connected to computer displays as blank?

I apologize if this is an old topic for these phones. I'm moving from a note 3 to a note 10+ and I wanted to move my ringtone and notification files to the new phone but when its connected to the computer the name is there but the folder is blank. Wasn't an issue with my old note 3. What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the forum. Are you using the cable that came with the Note 10? Are you using Windows 10? When I first connected my to a Windows 10 computer a little pop up came up in the bottom right of the screen asking me what I wanted to do and gave several options.
