No file transfer option when connecting phone to comp

I just tried to connect my phone to the computer today to transfer some files and it connects and the phone gives the usb debugging notification but I get no notification for transfering files... has anyone had this happen? I have the original droid running cm7.0.3 and havent had any issues with this before.

There's no USB Storage notification if you pull the bar down? Are you sure you have an SD card inserted and working?
