Developer Hasoon has been well known in the HTC community for quite sometime. His toolkits have walked many through the process of obtaining an unlocked bootloader with S-OFF. He has released a toolkit for the New Nexus 7! This toolkit will work on Windows only for now, and their are no current plans for Mac or Linux support. So far you can use this toolkit to help you Download drivers, Unlock Bootloader, Install Recoveries (Your Own Recovry, TWRP Wifi, TWRP LTE), Flash kernels, ADB sideload a rom, Root, APK installer, and more!
