Motorola has released an update for their MOTOACTV's companion software that allows it to work with non-Motorola devices. So far it looks like the software is compatible with devices running Android 2.1 Eclair or higher which should include the vast majority of Android devices out there. The update also brings some new connectivity features between handsets and the MOTOACTV device, such as the ability to plan, track, share, and configure between multiple devices. Grab the update off the Play Market and let us know what you think.
