New Member with problem

I recently upgraded to a Droid Pro and started having problems as soon as I activated my phone. It is constantly rebooting unless it is charging. Any suggestions. I went to verizon and they didn't give me any suggestions but they are sending me another one to replace this one. It is also very annoying that you can't silence the droid sound when it comes on.

welcome to the forum. possible defective if its right out of the box, at activation. and factory reset isn't helping at all? let's hope the one they are replacing isn't a refurbished device.

Sounds like your talking about the sdcard being mounted notification that you hear when booting the device.
