Anyone can help me ? I'm running gingeritis v1.3 ..anyhow I down loaded the 3.1.3 apk and everytime I try to install it it says application not install..I've cleared cache, davik in recovery,...deleted com .android.vending and vending updater in data/ data and it still says application not installed..any input will be appreciated.....http://www.androidpolice.com/2011/0...-and-games-pin-number-for-purchases-and-more/
