When new Android updates come out there is always the race to see which developers can get the full update merged into their Rom. Once that happens there is generally a short period of waiting before Kernels are developed that are compatible with that same update. The Android Developer Alliance has already released v6 of their Zenseries Kernel which is compatible with the new 4.2 udpate! It is still listed as being "In testing phase" which is something you should consider before flashing it.

Some features include Overclocking/Undervolting/Overvolting, customized RAMdisk, Overclockable to 1804MHZ, Custom Governers (InteractiveX, Interactive/Pegassuq, Ondemand/OndemandX/Intellidemand, Performance/SalvagedZen, Conservative/Userspace, Powersave/Lazy) Color Contrast Control, and Tons of other Settings.
