New Gnex but no JB Update?

Just got a new Gnex but when I check for software update it says I'm up to date... I tried the Google service trick, also tried on wifi but nothing. Any ideas?

Can you give us a screen shot of your "About Phone" information? Settings-About Phone if you weren't sure.
