So I actually am getting pretty used to the notification pulldown and status bar for blur except for one thing. It's fairly hard to see how much of a signal I actually have. (I am color blind so I'm not sure if that's why) But I was wondering since you can change a lot of the things about a phone with apps can you change the look of a status bar with one? I know you can change the lockscreen with widget locker and install a new launcher to replace a lot of the blur. But is it possible develop a new notification bar? I miss having the toggle for wifi and gps and such in the pulldown bar and I like to change the battery icon to show a percent instead of just the picture. I don't know much about making apps for android and what you can do but just curious.
