Never Ending Random Reboots

I am on my 2nd warranty refurbished phone in the past week. I had a Droid 2 (faithful for almost a year and the touch ability went out) which was replaced by a Droid 2, constant rebooting. I was then sent the Droid 2 Global and I am faced with the exact same issue of repeated random reboots, which occur a ridiculous increments. I have placed a new battery in it and I have also started it without the SD card. I now feel insulted that I have been sent to busted pieces of equipment and that I have to run through the same hoops over another "certified" refurbished phone. Going through another tier step "battery out" etc. process will be enough to jump ship.

If anyone knows how to end this impractical behavior please inform me.

I have done :
Hard reset
Safe mode
Battery Out
New battery
No SD card Start

It could be an app that doesnr play well. Do you have an antivirus app or task killer?

I have done the Hard Reset and left it as it comes.
Hence no other [my] apps other than:

adobe flash
market
maps
gmail
youtube
nfs shift

which are the default
